Thanks. Its a survey you get twice a week, it shows you a pic of a recent news article and you have to say how relevant it is etc. Quick and easy.

Yes sorry, Payoneer that's what I meant . I manually transfer it from there into Wise.Western Union isn't involved for me? I thought Appen only paid people via Payoneer now?
I set it up so that the money goes straight from Payoneer into Paypal when Appen changed to using Payoneer (I think this was some time ago - I can't remember doing it but it must have been what they recommended at the change over time). So when Appen pay me, it goes into Payoneer then straight to my Paypal account.
I would love to use Wise to convert, but as far as I can see Paypal have made it extremely difficult to add a USD Wise account onto a UK Paypal account and from my research so far, the same seems true of Payoneer. So I'm a bit stuck!
I looked into that and it doesn't look like I can change the transfer method myself. I think it must have been set up for me by Appen when I first opened the Payoneer account. the money goes straight from Payoneer into Paypal the moment it hits my Payoneer account and I cant see any way to change it from within Payoneer. Don't know if I'm being daft, but I really cannot see any way to change it....Yes sorry, Payoneer that's what I meant . I manually transfer it from there into Wise.
This is so similar to me, I was so excited to get the email that I had been selected this month then I only got 5 too and I was also only able to order one of them which was almost definitely a scam website so I’m seriously doubting I’ll be receiving anything for my £40! Didn’t even understand what the item was anyway, it was some weird collectible... I paid with Paypal so I’m hoping I can get a refund from them if nothing shows up (which I’m sure it won’t)Well, my first time out. 2/5 were over the purchase limit so couldn't buy. 1 led to an error in the shop's website and another said I didn't have sufficient permissions to view the ad.
That left just 1 that I was able to order, which was for diet pills - I weigh about 8st...
Onwards.
In Payoneer, I just go to Pay > Make a payment and then it gives me the option to do a bank transfer...don't you have that option?I looked into that and it doesn't look like I can change the transfer method myself. no because the money from Appen never actually stays in my Payoneer account. As soon as Appen pay me, it goes into Payoneer then instantly to my Paypal. But I can't see where this is set up in order to change it. It must have been something I set up originally when I created the Payoneer account (under Appen's direction) but I can't see how to change it. If I can find a way cancel the instant transfer to Paypal, then I can see that I could set up a bank transfer elsewhere....In Payoneer, I just go to Pay > Make a payment and then it gives me the option to do a bank transfer...don't you have that option?

no bank accounts listed whatsoever in my settings. so it looks like I'll have to contact them to do it manually...@Bexxx yes try the above and then "recipient accounts", if the account is there you should have the option to delete it. If that doesn't work I would contact them and ask if they can remove it manually
I wonder what happened. I like you set mine up via Appen but always went via bank transfer, never had paypal option.no because the money from Appen never actually stays in my Payoneer account. Yes, I can't remember how long I waited for a proper project but it was ages, I want to say 10 months. Is it normal to not hear back from Appen for several weeks after applying to a project? I’ve had around 10 applications to join various projects sitting there for weeks and they’re still listed under active processes as ‘in progress’
dunno if I’m just being impatient
It's often months and sometimes you will never hear back. It really depends on the projectIs it normal to not hear back from Appen for several weeks after applying to a project? I have no idea to be honest! I set it all up years ago when they made the switch to Payoneer and I don't remember exactly what I did, but I would have followed the instructions from Appen. I think I just had to set up the Payoneer account using the same email I use for Appen and then they sorted the rest, but I can't be completely sure.I wonder what happened. I like you set mine up via Appen but always went via bank transfer, never had paypal option.
Your project should autogenerate so you don't need to create an invoice (they normally add this project every Tuesday to the invoice). However, you should keep a note of when you completed them with the completed code as some months they make errors and forget to add them! In these cases, you would need to submit a ticket with this information. Invoices are normally submitted at the start of the next month, and in the news and updates section, they normally put the deadline date.Appen Invoicing - Im just dong one project with them at the moment, never realised I had to create invoices ! It says the one Im doing (Newhalen) is an auto generated project. I haven't kept a written track of when I've done the surveys or anything. Do I have to add to an invoice where is says 'create row' ? Also unable to submit invoice until the end of the invoice period, cant see when that is.
