I've downloaded the app but can't get it send me a verification code so it won't let me log in, not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm going round in circles with it at the moment!

Yes - it is in french but i didn't have any money so, i can't comment. They are on Facebook if you want to connect.
There was also a new update recently.

Has anyone else ever got the app error where you put in your post code, are told there is no city for this post code, and cannot save your profile because it won't let you put your city/town?

I have always found C&W a very quiet app, there was, however a couple of tasks on it near me just after new year

Sorry to bump an old thread, but does anyone know the answer to this one? I'm having the same problem myself and not sure how to get it to save my profile.

Hmm, not sure on this one. You could ask on their Facebook Page but tbh I can't even remember the last time there as a big 'hoo har' on here about a decent amount of paid work from them...

I want to read the instructions for a task but the app says I have to accept the mission first. Can I accept, read the instructions and then cancel straight away if I don't like what I read? Is this the correct way, and is there a penalty?

I have done this and can’t see any evidence of a penalty. All the shops seem to involve photos and a mystery shop for not a great fee.
So I normally dump them quick. I don’t think I have done anything for them in a year. Keeping on my phone as you never know..
