What is it you are finding confusing?

Just go into the reloads section of whatever Mbing company you are using and look at all the offers for day 1 and do them

Well, I hadn't really done betting on horse racing until a few weeks before Cheltenham, so I'm still trying to get my head around some of the racing terms and rules and the like. It's maybe not as bad as I think, but when it's using stuff that you're not used to, it can be quite intimidating!

yeah it can be a bit of an assault on the senses with all the money you can make and the different ways you can do it.

The way I think about it is that it's always just a variation of back/lay!
