Because you only lost £3 or so on the qualifier.

The best thing to do with these is to set your calculator to SNR and remember the stake it gives you. Then switch back to normal qualifier and manually adjust the stake to what it originally said.

You should then see a profit if your bet wins and a small loss if it loses. The loss is covered by the free bet.
Thanks @Stims so Ive probably made about £3ish. I’ve always struggled to get my head round these ones!

Exactly, it's basically whatever you retain from the free bet minus the qualifying loss.

As easy as some people make it seem, it can take a while fully understand all this! Even now i use the calculators to give me visual reinforcement that i'm doing things right.

Did they email you telling you this? Or was this via live chat? Considering my options!
Live Chat.

They said its a business decision which brought up a funny picture in my mind of some big business meeting discussing my account that takes about £4 a week from them! lol.

If you bet £10 on each of the Europa League, FA Cup, and Champions League (all in-store) you get 4 x £5 free bets

William Hill gave me £5 to use on the Wish Upon a Leprechaun slot last night, won £20 after wagering. First casino offer I've won something from so far! Money was in the bank today.
Well done! When I get £5 free bonuses I tend to do £1 spins for he hell of it and just hope I hit a big win in my 5 spins!

What are people's views on the offers where multiple things have to happen for you to get a free bet? For example, if your team lose and a red card is shown, you get a free bet; or if the crossbar is hit and your team win you get a free bet; or your team is winning at half time then the ball bounces off the corner flag, into the crowd and gets caught by a man named Dave, you get a free bet (although I may have made that last one up)

I've always avoided them because they seemed unlikely to come in often, but wondered if anyone has had any luck. Might try the crossbar one for the FA cup, just to try.

never had the crossbar one up. I've had 1 or 2 of the double winnings if your team wins both halves up.

I like them if it's a game i'm watching. Majority of my MB I couldn't care less who wins or loses whereas this adds a bit of interest to the game.

I've done a good number of 'if it ends in a draw' ones on Ladbrokes and have hit them quite a few times.

There used to be a method on PA for doing them and getting on 3 x £25 back bets so if it comes in you would win £75 free bet
