Somebody is definitely not happy although I still prefer OM so won't be changing as a result of that email.
A little ironic as both essentially copy their source data from bookies sites (although their value add is how they then use it).

Was going to happen eventually. The MB profits across the board are down due to the Bookies reducing offers and gubbing more quickly, so I expect Sam is seeing his profits diminish (although £1.2M last year can't be bad) and needs to go on the offensive.

We regularly check our offers and we are confident that we provide more value through more offers consistently and this has been proved whenever we have benchmarked our service against competitors. We will continue to review our offers regularly but would also like to state that we do not add every offer available as different matched betting sites may have different standards and rules in terms of acceptable risks and eligibility etc.
We have a team of staff with specific roles that are responsible for researching, analysing and documenting offers and we have strict rules over the copying of any offer content from anywhere except the bookmaker or casino site. As a result of these claims, we will be conducting a thorough investigation into all points raised in the post and if we find evidence of any of our team copying images or text from a competitor’s site then we will take the appropriate action in order to ensure that this does not happen again.
We appreciate all of your feedback in this post and we’d like to assure you that we will be taking this very seriously and will ensure that myself and other senior members of the team review all comments that have been posted."

If anything this should IMPROVE OddsMonkey since they have now asked for feedback to be emailed them from everyone w who is complaining
I don't really use the tools for Horse Racing. I have so few accounts left I do Horse Racing on (most because I am on my last chance with them and don't do any Horse Racing, and the others I am arbing on instead), I only use the email alerts feature on the OddsMatcher.
I noticed the OM oddsmatcher was struggling during Cheltenham 2019. But it wasn't like a total disaster like some people made out.
