You're getting some good resultsI like trading pre-match too. I don't have up front information but as long as you have an idea which direction the market is likely to move in, it's possible to make a little sum here and there just by scalping ticks.

Know we've all had horror stories with customer service but I've been going through the proof of wealth request by Smarkets for over 3 weeks now. Unable to use my account. Everything they needed was sent on day 2. Their live chat accept they've received my documents and are queued for review. Used the site for years too without an issue.

That's awful. Do a lot of companies do this then? I would've had sleepless nights back in the day if this had happened to me when I had large sums tied up in there. I hope they sort it out soon for you.
This seems to be a bigger issue these days as the bookies seem to be in a rush to prove to the regulator that they are looking after so called 'problem' gamblers. So they are setting up departments to look into any accounts where large amounts of money seem to be being deposited. As with all bureaucratic departments they have to find work for themselves so they have set the bar quite low, of course that has suddenly resulted in loads of people to investigate and they are then overloaded. As Matched Bettors we are more prone to this as we can seem to be losing loads of money, even though we are really moving money between an exchange and a bookie and are not losing any money at all. However, you can't tell a bookie this as you will be immediately gubbed.
