Hi all!

So I’ve been fairly quiet the last couple of months as I wanted to read through all of the matched betting threads which I’ve just finished doing now!

I’ve still been betting steady away and since I first started back in May, I’m at over £1900 from my initial £75. Unfortunately the day job has gotten in the way a fair bit so I’ve not been able to do as many offers as I’d like.

Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on how you look at it) I’ve got to have a wisdom tooth out tomorrow and they’ve already warned me that I’ll need at least a day off work so bring on the offers tomorrow, ha

Has anyone checked out the latest Lads slot offer, deposited £20 and ended up withdrawing £103.20, yay!

Hey @mucktub86 - Hope you're well!
Ask your dentist to move your appointment to a time when the premier league is playing lol

Good result on the ladbrokes spins!

I am thanks especially after Saturday and the rhinos! You?

I wish I could but don’t think they’ll let me have a Saturday appointment, plus free day off work! Woohoo.

Has anyone done the ante post PP offer with any luck? I figured I’d give it a go

Was a fantastic game to go to, great atmosphere. Only downside was the rainy weather!

Good old PaddyPower

Hi Jonathan,

Monday may have been slower than Blade Runner 2049, but the good news is there are only four days left to the weekend. Woop woop.

If you stake £20 on this weekend’s racing before Thursday morning, Paddy will give you a £10 free bet on Saturday morning for the weekend's cards.

We’re also going money back as a free bet if your horse finishes 2nd, 3rd or 4th to the SP favourite at Catterick (3.35pm) and Newcastle (5.25pm) today as well as paying extra places at Catterick (5.10pm) and Leicester (5.30pm).

I'll be doing the antepost PP offer I think, if I can find close odds that minimise the QL..

With extra places, you only make money if your horse falls in the gap e.g. PP pay 5 places, BF pay 4 so if your horse comes 5th you're quids in?
My understanding of this is still lacking.. I have so much more to learn re MB and I just want to smash making money with it but do find some of it so hard to understand!

Your understanding is correct. It can be possible to lock in a small profit by seeing if Betfair have a 5 place market and laying that instead of the standard places but the profit is likely to be small.

Depends what the qualifying loss is really whether they are worth doing or not. I generally plump for not and just stick to the normal refund type offers.

Extra place offers will usually still work on gubbed accounts by the way, so worth keeping in your pocket should you ever lose that account.

Thank you that's helpful to know :) I might have a look at 2up offers then and see what I can do with those :)

Just got £3 after wagering through a free bonus with Coral too, so can't complain. Having a productive MB evening!

I've got about £30 - £40 in each of 9 accounts that I rarely use (4 of which I haven't used in about 10 months).

My thinking is I should just withdraw as I could do with the money so I can leverage it for other offers - something tells me it's worth keeping a little money in them but if I haven't used them for so long my profile with them will be pretty low anyways.

Thoughts?

Take the money out. If you aren't using the accounts it means they don't have any offers. Pulling the money out may prompt them to give you an offer to tempt you back.

Some accounts are good for dutching as they usually have good odds (Marathon is a good example here) and I use dutching for some of my mug betting as it is below the radar.

Thanks @jkg-jkg I think you're right.

For a few months now I've been using the same 10 or 12 bookies, taking the offers but keeping them sweet. Find it easier to manage that way.

Hey! Pretty new to MB, I have just completed the offers at Coral and Betfred! Made a 34 profit total so quite happy about it :)

If you don´t mind me asking something...
From what I have seen around, there are tons of new register offers for free bets, but I was wondering which bookies have regular offers for existing members? I am just trying to figure out in which ones I should leave some money and which ones I can forget about after completing the offers...I am also bit confused about mug betting... How often, and for how much value, do you do mug betting? Is that also in the exchange? The more I read the more confuse I get xP

all the bookies offer reload offers so you keep going back to them. New offers come in daily so there's always money to be made ;)

Mug betting you don't need to worry about until you return to that bookie to do another offer
