@jkg-jkg so basically you couldcash the lay bet out when the team you have backed go 2up?
Basically yes. If you have laid at an exchange that has a cash-out option then you can just cash out. If at Matchbook then you need to place a back bet and there are calculators/spreadsheets on OM and PA that allow you to calculate that.

Those calculators also allow you to do partial cash out so you can lock-in some profit and then hope that the other side comes back and make a bigger profit. So last night I did a partial immediately and locked-in £100. When Arsenal scored the odds moved and I locked-in another £50. If Arsenal had drawn or won I would have been up an additional £150, but as it was I was down £60 on what I would have got if I had cashed out 100% at the beginning (a gamble but Arsenal coming back was a good possibility).

Of course these don't happen very frequently. If you back the favourite and they go 2UP you are likely to make £10 max, but if you back the other team you get a fair bit more as their odds keep up a bit even though they have scored twice (and the favourite coming back is a lot more likely)

Do people think match betting is still worth it? I've done most of the opening offers and good promotions have been banned from a number of places. But promotions seem to be limited to casinos and games these days not much on sports betting

Once you do the sign up offers you move onto the reload offers.

Why have you been banned from the bookie sites though?

Anyone else doing the paddy power weekly 'bet £125 get £25 free bet' offer

You have to do it in store but it's a good one to do each week!

Hitting nothing but horse offers this weekend to really build up my horsey profile with all the bookies

Last thing I want to do is lose accounts after Cheltenham

Anyone else gone in on the Paddypower horse refund on the 14:25 at Kempton offer.

Snagged it with a 4p Qualifying loss using Match Catcher lol

Just need Redicean to win now!

Just after reviewing my accounts they banned me from promotions. Sure it’s happened to a lot after some time of being on them?

Did you mug bet alongside the reload offers or did you literally do nothing with the accounts after the initial sign up ones?

I did mug bet with a couple of them but probably not enough guessing that’s the reason they picked up on my accounts

Not sure if there is anything I can do about this or if it is worth it. I placed the lay bet to check it was matched and by the time I clicked to place the bet the odds had changed, so a small profit will be a loss. Only a few pounds as it is only a small bet but will be helpful to know if it happens with a bigger one.

Thanks i will have a look at that. Not sure if anything changed again but it was only a 9p loss in the end so not too bad. While I am asking things, do you lay free bets that have to be placed in shops?

Doing my first acca today, with one leg at 3pm and another at 5:30pm. I was sooo worried I was going to miss it, even though I set an alarm

Kind of an odd way to spend my birthday I guess?
