I got my 365 email on Saturday but if you've only signed up recently it's probably that. I seem to recall when I signed up earlier in the year people got that offer a few times on PA before I started to get it. Think I waited at least a month or two.

You're for sure not alone with this. I've had my BET365 account for around a month or so and not been getting any E-mails/promotions from them. I actually messaged their Live Chat a few weeks ago to make sure I was correctly opted in to everything as I'd not recieved any E-mails from them and they confirmed that I was and there was no reason why I wouldn't get any (not gubbed), just that no offers applicable to me had come up yet. So hopefully I'll start to recieve them soon!

I think I had my account about 6 months before I started to get the offers. And that was after mugging upwards of £25 here and there on feature horse races and one or two 2up offers maybe every other week...
