Avoid horses! and if you didn't hear that AVOID HORSES!!!!! This is where all bookies are most focussed and the area that leads to the majority of gubbings (the very big races are usually ok)Thanks, I do have that. I'm desperate to get in their good books and not get gubbed.
This is random but related... but in terms of taking close matches is there a suggested % of what bookies consider the customer not taking value from them?
E.g back odds of 2.45 and lay odds of 2.67 is an odds closeness of 90.60% according to my MB calculator. Is this ok, or can you push it 93-94% or above?
For football, be consistent. Mostly the same leagues (don't pick 5 leagues if you are only putting one bet on each league each week - unless it is the same team) and same type of bet (I would suggest keeping the bets at a level to get the same return - twice as much on 3/1 as on 6/1). You can go outside of this for the odd big match in a different league, but kjeep to that consistency. If you are consistent, then you don't have to worry about the 'value' - B365 odds are not that good, so you will rarely take value anyway.
