just some friendly advice to REALLY mug 888 for GMM. Been doing it since the beginning and thought I was mugging well, but I'm getting my stakes restricted more all the time. I've skipped weeks, sometimes not done all 3 & always done lots of mug football bets, but they're obviously watching GMM accounts fairly closely.

Thousands got gubbed in Nov, mainly people who had City, WHam & Leic.

As Leicester were £4 free bet per goal I'm assuming they didn't expect them to do so well this season! If you're doing GMM you should do at least 2 non offer bets on premiership at the weekend and 1 during the week I would think.

It's so difficult when people say 'I've mugged loads' but what exactly do they mean? 1x 99% match every Saturday?

Spent £50 in bets on sky this weekend and just been offered a £5 fb if I bet £10 on Arsenal match. Put £15 on and then put £5 fb on Everton match for £3.50 profit.

Keeping it under the radar :)

Well Marathon free bet won. So rather than withdraw £63 I used £10 of that to place a bet today and then have withdrawn the rest.
Any wins in bookies I will do a mug bet with some of it.
Did the Pokerstars sign up today as well. It is getting easier now my bank roll is building up and that has helped with having almost £200 in Smarkets from bets that won there. :)
Going to try and leave money in there as much as possible so I can use it for laying bets and being able to go for slightly higher odds.

Hello [member=143]auntygeek[/member]

Not sure if you saw my earlier post (http://www.themoneyshed.co.uk/index.php?topic=5338.msg64459#msg64459), but wondered how do you go about getting the extra FB's from Sky, is it just the FB club and you then spend more on bets?

Oh yes - basically it's a loyalty offer. You get the £5 by opting in to sky bet club. So place your £25 bet to qualify for the £5 fb and then consistently place an additional 4-5 bets at £25 every week and after a month or two if your account is in good shape all being well you'd get invited to the loyalty offer.

Like everything not an exact science but I'm hoping I'll qualify :)

From what I read on PA it's only a couple of people that have the extra bets from Sky (bet £250 then get a £50 FB)..They suggested they'd got this by slowly increasing their volume of bets. I think I also read they were betting on under 2.0 as well when doing this, but just getting plenty of bets on..

I got an email for the Skybet £10 on Arsenal/Chelsea and get £5 free bet and I've never mugged them, only done the sign up and nothing else.

I mugged Paddy twice on the same thing, accidentally. I did a mug on Everton last night and thought I'd give them another mug today, forgot what I'd done last night and just did another bet on Everton. D'oh! At least they both lost, haha!

I'm starting to put some mugs on other things than PL, doing some of the European leagues so it looks more natural when I use them for offers and accas.

[member=33]aless02[/member] Thanks for the GMM heads up, I have been a bit lax about mugging them so I'll have to up my game.

When I look at all my bets, WH and Sky have the highest count. So hopefully with a bit more effort I should get close the their requirements??

The Skybet loyalty thing doesn't seem to be good value to me. You have to do 4 or 5 £25 bets for a few weeks, then you might get a £50 FB. So for 4x£25 for 4 weeks, you'll probably make a loss of £20-40 (5-10% of £400) and then you might get a £50 FB.

I don't bother with their £5 club thing either, as I don't see much value in that. The £25 bet is going to take a loss of £2 probably, unless you go into arbing and then the £5 free bet is likely to make a loss of 50p-£1 if you put it on a double, or more if you put it on a single. So a profit of around £2-3 in total. Then add on a couple of mugs to make it look better and that's your profit gone.

All of that is taking into account avoiding excessively high odds or gubbing-likely arbs, of course, a bit more profit could be eked out if you took more risks on the bets you place.

Been a decent week, now the offers are coming back in. I did the BetBright sign up too, after putting it off due to comments on PA. It's a bit rubbish, I've made £11 from a £30 FB because it's that one where you have to do the qualifier as a FB and the odds matching is rubbish with BB. But it's still £11 eh?

I've done that one. Actually the instructions from PA aren't the best. I used trickybet to overlay (stake approx £30) so that if it lost at BB I would lose £30 stake but win my £30 lay stake. So I broke even with a fb to come. If it had have won at BB I would get £22 profit straight away.

With PA method you'd be way underlaying so if you get the fb you'd hardly get any profit.

The best thing about PA is actually the forums. The offer instructions for sky enhanced acca just says lay normally and make immediate profit. Sometimes this is about £1! If you underlay you get bigger profit on a win but break even on a loss.

I did look at the Betbright forum thread but I didn't read anything about that, there was just a lot of grumbles about BB not paying out or restricting bets. But there are some other offers similar so I'll keep that technique in mind for them.

I have some winnings in PP, might try an acca refund this week on European matches since there's no PL.

Well i was thinking i was having a good weekend and once again the slot offers prove otherwise. Shocking run of luck continues. Absolutely written off January with these offers. Just a constant stream of refunds and minus 10/20/30 quid.

People talk about EV and the maths.. but n one single accounts that is much harder to rely on. It's quite easily possible my streak will continue for months.

As I only started this little adventure last Saturday, most of last weekend was spent opening up accounts and placing my qualifying bets. This weekend was my first proper dabble with the footie.

Unfortunately I have now fallen foul to the dreaded loss of Exchange funds all sitting in various bookies instead - with special thanks going to Swansea and Chelsea for hammering the final nails into my liquidity coffin, bah, hehe.

I'm sure I'm probably not supposed to, but I'm really quite enjoying myself with all this :D

Pbrail it's a bit frustrating when that happens! Don't withdraw everything from your bookies, withdraw some and leave a few quid in the accounts as they're less likely to gub you. It is fun, I enjoy doing it and I've never been a betting person at all. I like this because the money is guaranteed, not gambled.

Stims, that's exactly what puts me off the risk-free slots.

My exchanges are looking healthy at the minute, helps that I'm now working with over £600. Heading towards the £1k needed for the bet365 offer!

Yeah, plan to take around half from 2 of the 3 bookies holding the bulk of it, the 3rd I have to leave untouched because I joined via quidco and still have part of their requirements to fulfil (cashback is hit and miss as it is so don't want to screw with it even more).

I only have a £200-ish cashroll so far so it's quite easy for it to go awry, looking forward to the days ahead when cashflow isn't such a big deal :)

£2 is a pretty high loss on a £25 bet. I placed quite a few £20-25 mugs this weekend and all losses were 70p-£1. I never Arb. I was doing them quickly on my phone while away too.

If you place the £5 fb on their enhanced acca every week you'll get at least £4.50-75 from it every week.

For me it's worth pursuing :)

Well once this weekend is up I will only have £40 left to rollover on the bet365 offer. As it stands it looks like i'm going to make £170 profit on this one. Not too bad but by god its been a pain in the arse!! way too many of my bets winning at bet 365.

I know that feeling, i think I had about £800 in bet365 by the end of that offer!

I need to put one more bet on of £40 or more and thats the rollover done. I'll prbably have approx £750 in there.

What did you do re withdrawals? Take out half and mug the rest out?
