I've decided I need to find a way of doing some MB at work during my lunch break, only being able to do it early mornings and late evenings means I lose out on too many opportunities!

I picked the winner as well, seem to have a habit of it.

Thought I had it at 10/10 but somehow it partially matched at 10 and at 11. I guess the odds fluctuated at the exact point of the bet going on so I only ended about £1.76 up as over £223 went out of my Smarkets instead of the calculated £202.95. THe bet overlayed instead of underlaying.

I'm a bit annoyed at as I spent quite a bit of time today watching the odds and when looking at my smarkets account it shows the odds at 10 and 11 at exactly the same time down to the second.

Profit is a profit I suppose, but I was hoping for £25 on that and of course it emptied my smarkets account.

I'm going to have a week or so off now as I'm on holiday, consolidate my money back to my bank and kick off again when I return from my hols.

Everyone on the fb page was slagging off smarkets - declaring that they'd never use them again, some were lucky with it as they backed the winner so didnt need the lay - others weren't so lucky.

It's probably a setting that you can change somewhere as this happened to me on betdaq so I lost about £2 more on a bet than I was expecting!

why are people using that instead of betfair - unless you are betting on the betfair sports book (then I use ladbrokes)

I'm guessing if people can use Smarkets they will for the lower commission, but I've not used it yet. Not sure I fancy it with the technical issues either.

I've had no issues yet but now I'm worrying I've missed something!

Well the sign up offers for smarkets and betdaq need you to use them for a while depending on how much/quick you win/lose then it's 2% commission rather than 5%

Don't worry! It seems that smarkets can unreliable - people are reporting site crashes and lay bets not going through etc so people are choosing not to use them.

I've not had any major issues, they don't always match straight away but within a few mins there fully matched at the odds i want so alls good

If i have entered a bet in the spreadsheet as a qualifier rather than free stake BNR and have processed it, is there any way to remove the bet?

finished watching it earlier, yep i agree about the golf bet guy towards the end he looked he really rough and shaky for a bet compared to the beginning of the program where he looked clean and confident. It must be hard as the wife, she seemed really calm about it. I dont think that guy could give it up though.

Just wondering does anyone watch their bets that they match bet on? i dont bother, i knew nothing about betting before this but its funny watching britain at the bookies as i recognise the horse matches and some of the lingo

i did it working through the offers but only used it a couple of times, not keen on the interface and havent got enough money in there for better bets so i stick with betfair myself.

Just a little heads up, anyone struggling with the software, you are going to love the new software that is coming out next month, thats all i can say on the subject.
