Ok just had an e-mail back regarding not being able to complete any studies.
The problem was I changed my e-mail address but didn't login to Prolific Academy through Facebook using that e-mail address so it could be authorized. Whatever e-mail address you use has to be authorized using your Facebook Account. If you change it you have to login to Facebook through Prolific with the new e-mail address so it can be verified.
Good to have that sorted anyway.

So far haven't had any studies I can complete I just get:
'We're sorry. Either this study is full or you don't match the eligibility requirements for this study. Please select another.'
I have e-mailed Prolific Academic through the Contact Us link on their site so hopefully that can get fixed. Must be something somewhere not allowing me to do any for some reason since when I press the 'show all' button there are ones available to complete.

Nah, I don't get any to do either.

I've given up to be honest - must be my age I think ;D

You should e-mail Prolific in case there is a problem. I e-mailed them and they sorted it.

It also defaulted me to student, I know I selected non-student... Just sent them a message to change it. Hopefully that's the issue that stops me being eligible for studies.

Hi Bester,

may I ask what nationality you have? Quite a few of the studies so far required English as a native language, which may explain why you couldn't take them...

Well, I just did another survey and I have to say, I do find them very interesting.

If/when this one gets approved I will have enough to cash out - yay!

Ok something is not right. I got the one today about a study being available to complete however when I logged in and pressed to start it I get a message to say' sorry this study is full or you don't fit requirements'.
I know this is incorrect as when I look at the study itself there are still spaces for people to complete it and there are no eligibility requirements.
Must be something wrong if I am getting that every time so far haven't had one study that I can complete.
Nothing earned so far.
I have e-mailed in case there is something wrong somewhere that Prolific can sort.

Mine was approved through the night too and I'm now at payout, if payment is that quick then I'm going to squirrel the payments until I have a worthwhile sum otherwise that £5 will just get lost haha

Yes it has thanks. I have been able to go in and complete a study so all is working correctly.

Yes, but they're first come first served so they might go quickly.

I've seen studies on there I haven't been e-mailed about. I tend to check twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon just in case.

you only get emailed when you're eligible for a study. we know how precious everyone's time is, so we won't spam you with studies you can't do
