Anyone else been finding Prolific to be super glitchy today?

On the plus side I have had about 4 well paid studies but they just keep crashing.

Yes, the site appears to be struggling again (seem to recall it was like this a couple of weeks back) and is either very slow or just times-out. Have managed a couple of small surveys.

Yes, it's an absolute nightmare today. Gateway timeouts, page cannot be displayed messages, & various other weird & wonderful errors. I love Prolific, but it is one of the buggiest websites I've ever known. :-\

Maybe [member=694]ProlificAc[/member] can tell us if there are any plans to sort these issues out in the near future?

I did a study yesterday and today where I got to the end and either got an error message or nothing happened so I didnt get a code for either. Hope I still get paid for them.

I got that too Charlyn but they have paid with NOCODE (thankfully they ask for your Prolific code in the survey too).

Right, this is so frustrating now.

Just did the One Gamble Survey, hit the on the completion link and, of course, I got Gateway Timeout. Re-copied the link & got a message saying I had already completed the study. So, I go to my Manage Studies list & it's showing at Timed Out, even though I closed the browser window with the clock ticking while there was still 2 minutes to go. I've messaged the researcher, so hopefully he'll be able to sort it out - at least it was only a 50p job. :-\

It seems as soon a few studies are loaded the site falls over again.
