I haven't had any tasks for over a month now is it just me or are other people finding the task lists as sparse as me?

I only signed up 4 weeks ago and not had a single one yet! Sounds like theres normally more jobs then.

yeah I was doing 8-10 per month but then all stop, had an email a few weeks back asking if I knew anyone in Liverpool for a task and that's it

When it's quiet, it's really quiet but when it's busy there is a ton of work! I made over £350 in one month earlier in the year.
Both Jon and I get monthly work though (only 1 task this month unfortunately as a certain shop near me has closed down).
Once you prove to them that you are reliable you get a lot more work, including the surveys that others have turned down or not submitted in time.

I have a whole list of tasks in 'pending' state (they have been for weeks). I just kept them there just in case, but how long should I keep them in pending state before clearing them out, as they are apparently not going to be allocated to me (they possibly been already completed by some other member).

So, any advice on what I should do with this list of jobs please?

There's no harm in leaving them there but they've almost definitely been completed.
I've still got some from July in my list.

Shame they didn't have a system that cleared the tasks out when they have been completed by someone so we don't have job entries listed on our page.

Hoping the list won't count against me when they get busy again...which may be this coming Christmas.

It won't, you'll only to need to check it to see if there are any Purchase/Refund tasks

You need to send your invoice in each month by the 20th!

if you submitted on the 21st then you will be waiting until they run payroll THIS month just after the 20th November
