So as a new person to this, what's the big deal? Is it just easy money?

Think its just the novelty factor of them being back again! I actually find them a bit of a pain in the arse. They're not difficult as such, but soooo boring.

it is easy money you review a process of a website and a lot of it can be copied and pasted, in its prime it was very easy money looks like they only do it around xmas now

lol you will never do so much copy and pasting

you can save yourselves 10000x time by having all the survey / tasks open for different retailers at the same time in different tabs and just copying the Same results

also you don’t need to write lots for each answer. Literally a handful of words will do!

So they don't care that people just copy and paste? I actually put some effort into my test! o_O

top tips

so you want to open as many as you can of the invites as you can in one browser window

Send the emails to customer services first because you need to allow 48hrs for them to reply

and as always, the sooner you do stuff the quicker they will allocate even more to you

It was like that last time - the new people got stricter, but I don’t really blame them, I doubt most of the reviews were very helpful. You still only need to write a couple of simple lines. It’s not great money though unless you get the purchase and refund parts.

Yes they still pay by cheque and last time they wrote mine wrong which took ages to sort out!

So what happens if you think it was all excellent? :D

If you give them a ring on 01489 772920 and ask for Sally, she can help. They have had an issue with password reset today. She works between 9 and 5.

Thank you, I had emailed them and they just resent a new change password link which worked. Managed to log in eventually and accept a few

I remember last year they stopped you from doing the same answers but in my case I always waffle on too much anyway (as can be seen in my posts, ha ha).

I'm glad the money has increased and MIGHT be tempted back. I've never done the multiple tabs open trick as I would just get too confused and it would take me EVEN longer. I never got quick at doing them, I'm afraid :(

@Jon if you do a purchase and return/refund task as well - do these have to be done instore only or can you do these all entirely online?

If online, would I have to pay for any delivery and/or return costs? thanks :)

EDITED: It looks like the 'fee' I receive for purchasing and/or returning covers for the cost of this - so in effect my profit is gobbled up by these charges if I cannot purchase and return instore.

I've always been able to return the item in store.

Survey: Fee

Section: Purchase (if allocated)
7.50

just to add a bit more to this if you DO get allocated a purchase task

you will get £7.50 to spend regardless of what you buy which is why you want to buy the cheapest 99p thing possible (some years I got like a 50p piece of Christmas paper) as you then get the Fee + purchase allocation minus the cost of the very very cheap item you bought

Delivery costs seem to be around £3.50 - £4 ish for anyone (like me) who will only be able to do this online . Some of them DO offer Free Returns though

Okay anyone else on these now? Got my first batch of 5. I have to say, this is extremely laborious. Not sure I'm going to continue.
