Do you do the mobile and mobile app ones or just the normal website ones?Genie said:It probably doesn't work out much when you work out an hourly rate but people snap them up at that price so that's what they pay.
And I nearly always find something wrong with the homepage
Edit: Just had a look at my first invoices from 2004. The fees haven't changed at all in that time.

2+ years of invoicing them and they haven't complained yet *

I usually ask things like do you accept American Express or another one that I use that gets the Customer Service person thinking is do you accept a Prepaid Credit Card. Usually the one about the Prepaid Credit Card is not mentioned on the site anywhere. Had several say to me on the phone they have not had that query before!SarahLu said:I've got looooooads!!
Hate hate hate doing the phone calls for these. With the retail ones I could think of something vaguely realistic but I've noticed with some of my travel sites they are doing everything in their power to deter you from calling, like making you search the FAQs first (where all the questions I can think of are clearly answered!) before they provide contact details. Feel like an idiot calling them after that!

Good to be a little creative.
Yeah, I'm finding these to be a bit of a slog too!Blackpepper1 said:The mobile app ones are a real pain. I find them slow and fiddly and very time consuming. One of them the search result page would not show any results so had to do an error report for that.
Least those are done just got two normal website ones tomorrow.
Had enough for today doing those all afternoon. You can't hurry those the same as the website ones.
Not sure they are worth it at £2 each when they aren't quick to do.
The normal ones at least you can open them up in two tabs. Shall try Jon's method and see if I can get them done quicker!
20 mins is still a bit long for £3.50.
