They have to be 'qualifying searches'. I am not 100% what these are unfortunately but I try and use it as a search engine as much as possible and it soon adds up. Sometimes you get 1p per 4 searches sometimes 2p.

I have the extension running in the background and get about one paid search a day. I am only on my laptop in the evening though.

I noticed that Inbox Pounds does not seem to have had any love from this forum.

What is Inbox Pounds?

Basically, it is exactly the same as its sister site Swagbucks (SB), except it sometimes (or quite often) pays out more for the same offers. Both of these Get-paid-to (GPT) sites are ran by the same company (Prodege). They both have websites and mobile apps where you can answer surveys, search the web, get paid to play games, and get paid to sign up for things. Inbox Pounds may not look as flashy, but more money is more money. If you do surveys or these kinds of offers, then you should also sign up to Inbox Pounds and check which site pays the most!

How do I make the most of Inbox Pounds

First off, you get £1 free to start. Here's my link if anyone wants to use it:

After sign-up you can do any of the surveys, game, or sign up offers, just like you would on SB. But you should shop around and check which site has the best payout. Occasionally there are offers that do not appear on SB. For example, at the moment you can sign up for eToro and get paid £80 for depositing and trading £25. This offer is only on Inbox Pounds.

Some examples of current offers on Inbox Pounds
  1. Get paid £80 for a £25 deposit/trade with eToro (you can only do this if you have an apple phone at the moment)
  2. Get paid £25 for signing up to the challenger bank, Monese (free to do)
  3. Get £20 for signing up and verifying with Crypto.com (free to do)
  4. Earn £6 for checking your credit score with Credit Karma (free to do)
  5. Earn £4 for signing up the money manager/bill tracker app, Snoop (free to do)

Inbox Pounds Vs Swagbucks

I've earned over £300 doing the game offers on SB, but I realised that I could have earned more for some of those same offers if I had used Inbox Pounds.

So I signed up and made £70 on Inbox Pounds playing King of Avalon. This offer only pays 7000 SB on Swagbucks (~£54). If anyone else wants to give Inbox Pounds a try, then I'd appreciate if you used my referral link and net yourself a £1 bonus: https://www.inboxpounds.co.uk?rb=116562309&ref_src=link

Thanks for this tip off, I have done it so far. I'm impressed by the number of offers available, I did use Inbox Pounds years ago, but its loads better now.

If anyone wants to sign up, here is my referral link.

Hope it works.

I'm currently doing the Kings of Avalon offer. I don't normally play mobile games but for £70 I'm willing to try it

Have used it for years and can confirm its genuine - same company as Swagbucks. Not a big earner for me but looking at a few of the offers at the moment. The daily job search seems to have disappeared?

I'm on the Animal Kingdom offer at the moment, just wondering knows if the figure in the top left hand corner is the level that you are at. I need to be at level 70 in 14 days to get my £40 payment.

I was reading the BeermoneyUk sub on Reddit and there were some comments about which of the games are worth doing and which are impossible and I think the Animal Kingdom game was mentioned as being especially bad. I’ll have to look and see where I saw the comments.

I found the thread with the comments about the games offers. It was a Swagbucks thread and not Inbox pounds but they have a lot of the same offers but for occasionally varying amounts.

I do think it would be helpful to research the games offers before starting them to find out if they are worth doing and the best way to finish them quickly.

Yes, I will be doing that going forward. I've got £60 pending so far from the Bingo Port offer. Think I'm going to stick to those ones.

Since a lot of people are wondering.... elsewhere I recently posted a comparison of SwagBucks vs Inbox Pounds game offerings. Games take a bit more work that the offers mentioned in my post above, but they are still a nice little earner.

Fact is, the offers change frequently, but usually Inbox Pounds pays more. Also, if an offer has paid more in the past then it will usually increase again (e.g. do not play The Grand Mafia or Mafia city for any less than £70 each).

The comparison I made below was about two weeks ago.

Inbox Pounds Vs Swagbucks

I've earned over £300 doing the game offers on Swagbucks, but I realised that I could have earned more for most of those same offers if I had used Inbox Pounds.

So I've switched, and last month I made £40 on Inbox Pounds. I'm just finished playing King of Avalon for £70, when the same offer would have netted 6000 Swagbucks (~£54) *Note, I do not recommend trying this particular offer unless you are familiar with other city builder games.

Just to illustrate, here are some offers that were listed on both sites (about a week ago). Inbox Pounds lists the cash value of the offer, but on Swagbucks you are paid in points (Swagbucks). To compare the two, I used the preferential 6500 Swagbucks = £50 redemption to calculate the value of these offers. But you can only access this rate if you save up points for the highest £25 and £50 voucher amounts.

Games I have completed: Mafia City, Rise of Kingdoms, Slotomania, Bingo Pop, Merge Dragons, PopSlots, Club Vegas, The Grand Mafia, King of Avalon.

For most of the offers I looked at, InboxPounds pays out significantly higher. On average, you get 31% more with Inbox Pounds. Only two offers (Club Vegas & Merge Dragons) pay out less on InboxPounds, so it is definitely worth checking which of the two sites pays more.

Merge Dragons is a nice easy one to start with, its also a relatively fun puzzle game. And there are guides for completing it.... just google it. I think the tip I remember most, is that it actually credits a few levels after where the requirements state and there are some levels you can skip!
