What did you upload along with your CV as your "Proof of English Language competency"?

I just submitted with my CV. I’m hoping being from the UK will be proof enough of English Language competency.

Now I’m worried that I won’t get it because I put down that I previously worked as an Ad Rater for Appen and I’ve since read online that for those type of questions it’s best to put that you’ve never worked for this type of company, even if you have...

Feel like I’m just stomping through the internet shutting doors on myself left right and centre

Just received a mail though saying they will no longer approve any requests for time off for Nile, you need to do 5 out of 7 days no excuses.
No long weekends or holidays if you are on Nile!

I'm not sure of the stipulations for the mobile rating, though they definitely told me off for not doing it on my mobile!

I receieved that, too. Though, they said they would rather you miss a week than some of the week so I'm not too sure what they mean by this.

I got that also, and I'm going away for 5 days next week. Only been with Nile for a couple of weeks having been kicked off the the Appen alternative... worried I'll get the cut from Nile also now

FINALLY! After using different email address to apply for Leapforce, I have to use my husband one and apply for chinese one. That works now, Don't know what will comes out.....

Anyone working on Truckee? Similar to Nile but different social media app. Started on it today and seems very straightforward. One hour a day 5/7 days. Have been on Yukon for over a year and got offered this a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised at qualifying as I don't use social media much but delighted with the extra work.

I'm due to start the Lionbridge exam tomorrow and I'm worried about not completing it in time
Christmas is a few days away and I am away for 4 days next week. I don't know whether or not to even try and do it in the short amount of time that is left, is it even possible?

@hkjacks mine was due to be finished today but like you I have had v little time. There was not a chance I’d have got all that reading done around kids, day job and time of year.

Well good luck @hkjacks yiu can only do what you can do. I didn’t even attempt it and got an email yesterday which said as I hadn’t started it I’ll be marked as a non starter and they will contact me again in the future if there are further openings. Which I’m taking as a better outcome than failing it due to lack of time and not being allowed to resit.

I failed first time round with Yukon but got it second time round. I think I had moved house and changed email address so maybe treated me as new applicant but opportunities do seem to come up so keep checking the tab.

Oh that's good at least you will have more time then hopefully. I am page 10 out of the 160 page long guidelines lol. I spent quite a bit of time in the exam portal last night....now I'm wondering if I should do what you have done and hopefully they will give me another chance too.
