Hi,

I've applied for Leapforce and it's been a week now. I emailed them about when the exam would be and I was told exams are on hold for now and will get an email when they resume. However, I've also applied for Appen and Lionbridge but have heard nothing back from both and worried that I shouldnt have applied for all at the same time. For appen O applied as an Arabic linguist and social evaluator, for Leapforce both web search evaluator.

If you are lucky enough to be accepted onto one of these, do you have to log in every day or could you choose to do a full day Monday/Tuesday and nothing for the rest of the week as an example?

I'm on a zero hours contract and annoyingly losing my Monday shift indefinitely so if I could do a full days work of this once or twice a week it would probably balance it out for me and I wouldn't be losing out too much... Don't think I have time to log in every day though like I do with some other online work projects I am involved with.

I applied for Leapforce at some point in January and have just had an email back today. I have had to apply for a Nile project and now am waiting to hear back again. I really hope I end up making the grade as I could really do with the extra pennies.
I thought they had binned me straight off so it was good to get the email

Had an email from leapforce today saying they can't confirm I have more than 25 people on my friends list? Is there a reason they need to know this? It must have asked somewhere before but I really can't remember why

[member=5533]Sallers75[/member] I had to confirm I had More than 25 friends and provide a link to my Facebook in that last set of questions I had to answer - the ones we got at the same time.

I've just had an email to say I have been accepted and offered a contract. How long from now does anyone know until I have to do the tests? The email just says I sign the contract and start work...is it something that will crop up before I get offered any paid work?

Well it looks like I am in, just waiting to be added to a certain tool so I can start the work on that one.
Have also started the process to qualify for the other project that was available to me.

I hope being added to the tool doesn't take too long, raring to go now lol

Well done [member=4595]Leece[/member] and [member=5533]Sallers75[/member] - do you still have to do the exams (where you have stacks of pages to revise and then a test at a later date) to get in or has that changed now? Also I don't remember being asked for Facebook links when I applied. I failed last time (twice) but might apply again if it's changed!

Has anyone filled in the new payments form? What the email says is required and then what is on the form didn't quite match up. I am worried I am not going to give enough info. I filled in my IBAN and then when it searched for my bank it didn't populate many fields. You'd think after 14 years in investment banking I'd be a whizz lol

Thanks [member=4595]Leece[/member] - that's interesting - the exam I did took hours of studying and then hours of doing the exam (twice as failed on the last part of the first one). What position did you apply for as maybe it's worth me having a go if it's different work?

My GF also had to link her FB account, I am guessing this will be some form of Social Media Evaluation project. We are eagerly anticipating an email from Leapforce as they are currently reviewing, really hope she can get started soon!
