has anyone else on SRT had an email from Workplace saying their free trial of workplace is about to expire?

I didn't get paid last week at all, I have a ticket logged for that. And my latest please help me ticket for the empty ads someone answered saying they can do nothing, the client has been told and immediately closed it again with no help or resolution. I've not had a great experience with Lionbridge!!

I don't bother reporting empty ads any more as they are more trouble then they are worth and you don't get paid for reporting them.

@robchoc - reply from Freshdesk re workplace trial
"Thanks for informing us. This refers to the "Advanced Workplace" option, which is not really needed for this project. You can safely ignore this email."

Another day of no ads, its been a week since I started rating. 5/7 days no ads and the other two only 26 or 27 ads, I literally want to leave already and I have only just started. Support is so slow to reply also......

When I applied for this it seemed like a really good job, now it seems people aren't liking it. I got an email yesterday for a place, pay has been reduced though which is a downer, but I don't think that I'm in a position to not go for it. If I applied elsewhere it would still mean the test and then waiting as well, and I need money now.

I've been working with them for a year & I'm happy with it ... coming to an end in April unfortunately

I’ve only been doing the SME rating for a few weeks and each day has been 20 ads without fail- yesterday was 19 and today is 17 however. Should I be logging a ticket for this, or is it just a case of, unlucky mate?

when i logged a ticket about that they immediately switched me to the oops rating program which although its 30 ads, is much better. I Would raise a ticket anyway in case any other crops up and they then ask why you didn't raise a ticket about low number of ads

Project Ogden on Appen is the equivalent. Got an email to apply this morning...just when I thought I'd finished rating ads for a while....
Are you not waiting till Lionbridge bin us off - I don’t want the client figuring we work for both and I would then lose Ogden

How to speed up your oops ratings on the new SRT system.
I have noticed that I see the same ads or type of ad and write the same replies and this just seems like a waste of my time,
especially when you have to write a couple of sentences now.

What I do now, is keep a notepad document open of common replies that I copy and paste when needed. This can shave a lot of time off when you are dyslexic and or a slow typer. Make sure that you don't use the same reply too many times as they will pull you up on this. So I have about 20 different types of replies that I can choose from when needed and may be changed slightly to suit the ad.
