I don't bother reporting empty ads any more as they are more trouble then they are worth and you don't get paid for reporting them.I didn't get paid last week at all, I have a ticket logged for that. And my latest please help me ticket for the empty ads someone answered saying they can do nothing, the client has been told and immediately closed it again with no help or resolution. I've not had a great experience with Lionbridge!!
I've been working with them for a year & I'm happy with it ... coming to an end in April unfortunatelyWhen I applied for this it seemed like a really good job, now it seems people aren't liking it. I got an email yesterday for a place, pay has been reduced though which is a downer, but I don't think that I'm in a position to not go for it. If I applied elsewhere it would still mean the test and then waiting as well, and I need money now.
when i logged a ticket about that they immediately switched me to the oops rating program which although its 30 ads, is much better. I Would raise a ticket anyway in case any other crops up and they then ask why you didn't raise a ticket about low number of adsI’ve only been doing the SME rating for a few weeks and each day has been 20 ads without fail- yesterday was 19 and today is 17 however. Should I be logging a ticket for this, or is it just a case of, unlucky mate?
I've just done my Oops rating & only 17 for me aswell, seems to be a problem, I always have 30. will go back later.when i logged a ticket about that they immediately switched me to the oops rating program which although its 30 ads, is much better. Are you not waiting till Lionbridge bin us off - I don’t want the client figuring we work for both and I would then lose OgdenProject Ogden on Appen is the equivalent. Got an email to apply this morning...just when I thought I'd finished rating ads for a while....
