I’ve Now had a response to my ticket with a load of useless suggestions to try to get the ads to show but it’s obviously a problem with their system. That’s 3 days of pay I’ve lost out of

yip I got the same email on Friday and did everything and kept trying all weekend. Sent an email last night to say it still wasn’t working and they reset my access today so I’m back up and running again.

I was up and running for about 2 minutes. The first ad kept looping around two questions so I skipped it and then got thank you message again.... now onto my 5th day of this

I’m back to the thanks screen again today and no ads! This is blooming frustrating

Mine has worked today all except one ad where there was no image so have raised yet another ticket. I noticed on the tickets that you could raise a ticket for repetitive ads so that's likely my next port of call as they are still the same. Hope you guys get yours up and running.

Access reset hasn’t worked this time for me and apparently they’ve now received reports of the same thing happening with quite a few Messenger raters and it’s likely to be a tool issue so they’ve reported back to the customer.

Yeah it be a problem their end which is a shame as it's impacting on the Shedders earnings here!

Yes mine took a couple of days but they will email you to tell you that you can go ahead and start rating.

Managed to rate today without any missing ads so that's an improvement!
