Also is anyone else rating Instagram ads yet or is it still just me?

That's very helpful, Thanks. I get 30 ads every day although there is usually one of two i have to skip for technical reasons. Factoring in the daily fee and including any skipped ads i should be on $133 for a 7 day week.

Are you getting 30 ads plus bake-offs or is that including bake-offs? I’ve only ever had 20 ads plus the odd day of bake-offs although the email said to rate up to 30 ads.

I get thirty ads a day and have never had a bake off but I'm rating on Instagram not Messenger.

ah ok just wondered, my friend is also doing the Instagram ones but she’s not getting 30 ads but has been getting bake-offs.

That's interesting. I've only done 5 days so maybe I will get a bake off soon. I don't want to jinx it but it does seem like Instagram is a bit less troublesome than Messenger.
So the question is, if you guys are only getting 20 ads plus the bake off, do you get paid extra for the bake off to make up for the missing 10 ads?

That is a good idea but I'll be honest, it's not the typing that slows me down as much as the time I spend thinking what I want to say. I try not to be too repetitive and to come up with relevant, thoughtful comments because I don't want to fail the review and get dropped from the project early. My time rating for Appen made me paranoid. If I successfully get through the first review I will hopefully worry less about it.

Doing 30 ads a day for 365 days so 10,950 ads you can’t not be repetitive sometimes, especially if they show us a handful of the same ads for a few days running lol

At the moment it seems to be about a week until you get the initial 'welcome do you want to join?' type email based on people I know who applied recently so I would imagine you will hear something by the middle of this week

Yes, I said I used it daily. Not sure on why they aren't getting back to me. Think I might email them tomorrow and see what they say

I couldn't get in as I worked on falcon for appen 3 years ago. It flagged apprently

no more than a sentance. Two are MAX

example

I'm not interested in teeth whitening right now so this ad isn't relevant or useful to me.

While I enjoy fitness and this ad is relevant this gym is on the other side of leeds so it isn't useful to me.
