Was I the only person to get the email about switching the rating project and having to do training for a different one called "oops"

It's in my training account in Moodle. Check your spam folders, as that's where I found it!

Anyway, can anyone help or remember how to use the training programme?

When I view the material PPT and get the end, it tells me to close it and do the quiz, but it won't check the box sa complete to let me proceed.
Any suggestions?

You have been selected to participate in a different type of ad rating called OOPS! As a part of this switch, we are also introducing a new orientation that emphasizes the difference between the ratings you have already been completing, and the new rating type.



The course is already unlocked for you in Moodle. You are still welcome and encouraged to have the guidelines open while you take the quiz.



We request that you retake the Rating Process orientation and quiz by [April 22nd] to continue with the program. Please note that if you do not complete the quiz by this date, we may need to place you in our reserve pool.



If you have any problems with the quiz retake, please file a ticket in Freshdesk and let us know as many details as possible.

So, I am changing the type of ratings I'm doing.

I'm now assessing if the ads are appropriate for people of the platform as a whole community.
Are the ads: appropriate/ inappropriate- misleading - offensive - and how likely the overall community would want to see them.

So not so much my personal opinion but as a collective point of view.

I have just started working for Lionbridge a massive thanks to this thread as I would never have found out about it otherwise. I'm doing the website search rating which im finding quite tricky hopefully with more practice ill get better, I have no idea how I passed the exam but the process from applying to starting was quite quick.

Make sure to take advantage of the dictation functionality on your phone instead of actually typing things on the last question each time

I saw everyone's comments about that and downloaded a keyboard that let me do that. Made it much faster!
