They do take their sweet time. I requested a payout on 21st March and haven't had it yet, but it's early days. I'm sure that I have waited longer than a month in the past, but it has always come through eventually.
You could always send them an email to query it if you are worried.

I've had a little look at my last cashouts and they always take from 20-30 days to payout for me.

I may be thinking of another company, possibly PureProfile, but their 28 days is 28 working days, maybe OnePoll are the same? I know that this has been a common problem for the years that I have been a panel member.

They are always 'waiting for someone to process the cheques' or 'a payment to clear the bank' etc. I think maybe their cashflow is a little delicate at times, however I've had £100s from them over the years, most recently a month or so back.

Sorry to jump on this post but seems an appropriate place to ask...

So my onepoll account has about £30 in it. Not sure how much you have to have to be able to withdraw (anyone know?) but I tried to log into the website the other day and was told that my account doesn't exist...

But the app is still running fine... anyone know why this might be happening?

I'd be so annoyed to lose the money I've built up on it.

Thanks

I cashed out with onepoll at the beginning of December but haven't receive my £40 yet. I haven't chased it with it being Christmas, just assumed it would take a little longer than normal.

I've had an email today from onepoll, apologising for the delay and letting me know they've added £5 to my account. How lovely!

Re: Onepoll - payment delays compensation.

One Poll have always taken ages to pay me, but they do pay every time so I keep them on although I don't do as many surveys as I used to. Glad you got some compensation from them - I have never had any

Just a quick question, how long did it take you to make that £40 (roughly)?

[member=4978]Rickeo[/member] quite a few people here cashout every 2-3 months, or faster. I've seen other members say they can cash out roughly every 6 weeks.

I used to cash out every 6 weeks - when I was staying logged in and had a page alert set up. Now they log me out automatically even though I have the remember me button ticked. So it's a bit hit and miss as to whether I remember to log in and check what's available.

Maybe they should compensate us for loss of earnings because their remember me button doesn't work anymore ;)

Re: Onepoll - payment delays compensation.

Congrats on your £5 bonus. They gave me the same bonus (without me having to email them about my late payment) earlier on in the year when they were only a couple of days late in paying me. I thought it was to keep me sweet as it was my first cashout

Re: Onepoll - payment delays compensation.

I've turned this in to a generic Onepoll thread, as we didn't actually have one!

Anyway, there are lots of Onepoll surveys up at the moment, ones to update your profile I presume.

looks like onepoll have a better referral scheme now :)

drop me a message for an invite I just need a name and an email to send these out, think maximum is 15, happy to let someone else have the referral's when I run out :D

What I get :)

50p
once they've answered their first survey

£1
when they reach £20

£2.50
when they earn a total of £40

Onepoll is a good site surveys are short and range between 10-20p a go now and again you get a 50p one :D

I keep dipping in and out of OnePoll - like them because the surveys are quick, just takes forever to hit the payment threshold so keep losing patience with them :)

I just received this email from OnePoll:

We are looking for someone that visited the theme park Drayton Manor when they were a child back in the 1960s for a nostalgic look at the theme park then and now.

The case study must be willing to be filmed on camera and will get the chance to revisit the park.

The case study will be paid around £300 for the feature.

If you are interested, please get in touch ASAP by clicking here or by emailing casestudies@swns.com.

Many thanks,
The OnePoll team

I went through a phase of being invited by OnePoll to take part in focus groups for much better money than they pay for their surveys (for example, I think I got £30 for posting a few things in a temporary forum about handbags!). Unfortunately, there was eventually an invite that was on a subject I couldn't claim to know anything at all about and I declined that one, and was never invited to any again. Does anyone else get invites like this from OnePoll? Wish I could find a way back on to the list for these!

I received this from OnePoll:

We need teenagers who have ever suffered with their skin or cold sores.

We'll need them to talk about the highs and lows of growing up, with a focus on talking about spots, cold sores and breakouts.

We will interview them about these things and also about generally being surrounded by social media.

They must be available on the 19th March to film in London and be comfortable being on camera.

They'll be paid for their time.

If you are interested, please get in touch ASAP by clicking here or by emailing casestudies@swns.com.

Many thanks,
The OnePoll team
