Yup - same problem here. For several screens the question is finally please give us your PayPal address, but gives several options. The store I've just visited didn't know anything
about the product , and I can't even submit that to them. I've sent them an email so let's see what happens

You can complete the tasks on their website at app.streetbees.com

That stops it crashing!

Thanks already doing that, luckily stores I've been to are well prepared for windows 10 free cupcakes,sweetes, dairy milk bars!!

Annoyed with street bees support tho emailed them over an hour ago and no help!

How everyone doing? I've got 3 left to do,I can't say it's been easy but after a quick chat with street bees sorted some issues and finally got it working

So as long as they all approve £130 in the bank! More funds for my betting :)

Just done my first two tasks for Streetbees (Windows 10) and I'm impressed that you can see all the details of the questions and photos needed before you reserve a task. I didn't have any problems with the app crashing when I was completing the survey, but the geolocation bit was a bit flaky at home when I was looking for tasks to reserve.

After the enthusiasm from the guy in the supermarket I think I might just set the upgrade going on the laptop now rather than waiting until it's been out for several months.

well I've had nightmare

i reserved 13! completed 10 were all in the done list went to do task 11 said task can not be started, looked all my done jobs have now gone back to the reserved jobs!!

contact support they have hit there quota and only have 3 jobs submitted for me!!

so 4hrs out on the road and looking like I'm not getting paid for all the jobs I've done, support say they no they have flaws and there working hard for it to be better for there bees!! this doesn't help me after 4hrs i even went to a store that was closed down...

FA are way better been with them for over 2 years and never had the stress I've had to today

I have to say that I'm not very impressed with street bees at all.

It seemed positive to start with - yesterday I got emailed with a list of jobs local to me asking if I could complete them tomorrow. I told them it wasn't a problem and that I could complete the jobs in Barnsley and Rotherham too if that helped them out. The response to this was a big yes please and thank you very much.

This morning it couldn't have been more different. At the first Tesco store there was no sign of anything related to Windows 10 and, unlike in FA, there was no way of indicating this on the app. I then couldn't submit a task on the app because it kept crashing. It took support an hour and a half to get back to me. I finally managed to do a few jobs by submitting them through their web app, but this was erratic and kept crashing under the server load.

Then, having driven all the way across town, I couldn't submit because it said the task could not be started and then I discover that their quota is full.

The whole stinks pretty bad in my opinion, and if they keep treating people badly when compared to other apps that are already on the scene I can't seem them being too successful.

(I have no idea how many of my submissions were received,or will be accepted!)

I've had four approved, but same as Hook I drove 12 miles to find quota had been filled so the remaining three I couldn't do. Not fantastic but guess that's the rub of it.

I completed the task, then I've received an email saying the quota is full... does that mean I'm not going to get paid even though I completed it.


Edit: I emailed back and asked... nope, if I did it before the email appeared then it will be checked and paid (or not) as usual

I think it is wrong that they didn't make people aware there was a quota. I suspect that they didn't realise the demand would be this high and rather than only choosing stores where they wanted feedback (as it seems FA do with blades, once the jobs are there and reserved you can complete them) they select all the stores in the country, hoping that would give them a complete data collection.

They had allocated two days to this and they closed it, essentially, halfway through the first day. That wouldn't be a problem if they were transparent about it, but there was no hint that this would happen. Other mystery shopping apps behave better than this.

edit: it looks like 5 of the 6 jobs have been submitted, but the 6th and 7th that I tried to submit but failed, I can no longer submit. very annoying to do the work and then not be able to be rewarded for it.

i have took pics of all my 10 tasks uploaded but there saying only have 3!! so i won't get paid for all the hours put in

it has been an absolute joke!!

Yeah, only 3 of mine have been paid, one stuck on submitted currently which I'm guessing won't go through. I didn't even receive an email saying they'd reached quota, had to contact them via Facebook.

I just got back from completing mine to find it's closed, wasted an hour and bus fare.
Won't bother with them again, it's not worth the hassle.

I got that email too. I did not do any as they got reserved so quickly.
Sounds like a bit of a mess anyway.
Hopefully the next lot of tasks that come through will be better organised.

My husband went to complete 3 stores, he's just phoned quite annoyed as Street Bees GPS wouldn't recognise that he was at the right stores, he's taken photo's of the outside of the stores and the retail park signs and will email them later :-\

they have called me already today and we talked thru the issues and they are looking in to sorting it out
