contact support they have hit there quota and only have 3 jobs submitted for me!!
so 4hrs out on the road and looking like I'm not getting paid for all the jobs I've done, support say they no they have flaws and there working hard for it to be better for there bees!! this doesn't help me after 4hrs i even went to a store that was closed down...
FA are way better been with them for over 2 years and never had the stress I've had to today
I have to say that I'm not very impressed with street bees at all.
It seemed positive to start with - yesterday I got emailed with a list of jobs local to me asking if I could complete them tomorrow. I told them it wasn't a problem and that I could complete the jobs in Barnsley and Rotherham too if that helped them out. The response to this was a big yes please and thank you very much.
This morning it couldn't have been more different. At the first Tesco store there was no sign of anything related to Windows 10 and, unlike in FA, there was no way of indicating this on the app. I then couldn't submit a task on the app because it kept crashing. It took support an hour and a half to get back to me. I finally managed to do a few jobs by submitting them through their web app, but this was erratic and kept crashing under the server load.
Then, having driven all the way across town, I couldn't submit because it said the task could not be started and then I discover that their quota is full.
The whole stinks pretty bad in my opinion, and if they keep treating people badly when compared to other apps that are already on the scene I can't seem them being too successful.
(I have no idea how many of my submissions were received,or will be accepted!)
