Hi Rich,My computer broke today so I tried to log in to the support desk to contact them and ask them if I could do it on my MacBook.. all I did was click “forgot password” and entered my email address and then it said “your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator” and “portal not accessible” ??? I found an email on Google but not sure if it’s the right one :/ I’ve managed to log in to the SRT on my MacBook and now my computers fixed as well… so I don’t know if I should just keep rating. Surely they would email me if they suspended me from rating ads?
I don't think that support portal is available anymore, since I got the same message when I tried to contact them a few weeks ago. I think it was disabled when they did that change around recently, yet they have never mentioned it, nor have they told us where to go if we do want to contact them. Sorry that's not much help, but just letting you know you definitely haven't been suspended.
