As my end date for SME is approaching and I have been informed to search for a new project to apply for, Are you able to apply for other projects with that same login? or would you need to create a new profile as I cannot find a login button within the jobs section of Telus International website

I had the same problem a few months ago they sent me details of new jobs but when I tried to login to apply there was no button. I did e mail them but never heard back. If I tried to register again it just said e mail already in use so I gave up.

I've just received an email that I may be suitable candidat for the Online Data Analyst project , is anyone else doing it ? I cant find what is the payment for this role

Just thought I'd add a little update on my experience with Telus. After completing a full 8 days of work for them, they sent me an invoice for 5 days (from Week 1). This was fine, because I assumed I would have received an invoice email the following Friday for the work I managed to get through before being booted from the task in the middle of week 2. I was wrong. I haven't heard back from them since, and they have ignored my questions (5 emails) about the remaining 3 days of payment that I am owed. I have submitted a payment correction and am awaiting their response. Hopefully I still manage to get paid but honestly, if you are debating whether or not to apply for a rating position at Telus, I would not recommend doing so. For me, at least, it's been way more hassle than it's worth :/

I also submitted a payment correction form and I've been emailed that they have escalated my query to the concerned person. Hopefully they will pay us soon

Fingers crossed we both get paid - while I was still allowed access to the Workplace site, I did notice a lot of people complaining about payment issues, so it's obviously a really common issue. I just think it's shocking considering how long the company has been around and how much money they clearly rake in that they can't pay people properly. After this, I definitely wouldn't go back

to be honest , I had only once problem with payment - and after the payment correction form everything was fine for me

I couldn’t remember if I did work those days so ended up just leaving it but in the past if I had incorrect payments (only happened once) I submitted a form and although I got no response they did pay me the correct amount. They are absolutely fine to work for.

I'm just going off of my own personal experiences, and as I have said previously, I initially applied for the position back in November. It took until the tail end of December to get started with them, which is a very long time. I was then placed in the reserve pool after just 8 days of work after being told the position would last a full year. Now I am having issues with payment, and from my time on the Workplace app, it seemed like a lot of people were also having problems with being underpaid or not paid at all. I realise that for other people it has been plain sailing, and that's great, but there is two sides to every coin and I just think people should be aware of the potential downsides before applying because I couldn't find much information on them before I applied.

The people on that app seem to be very odd. They moan if payment is 1 day late even if they informed them in advance they were having issues. I’ve worked for them for years and honestly they are great. Bad timing on your part for getting dropped but they have plenty of other roles you can apply for. There is nothing wrong with them, they allow for very easy, flexible home work.

A quick update for the 3 non paid days before to be dumped from Telus, they just approved my payment ..yeii

Has anybody got paid by Telus today? I got an email yesterday to say they were having a technical problem with payments and were working hard to correct it. However, they said if they don't correct it in time then payment would be made for the last ACE campaign on 28th.

I didnt get as well. On their website it is says
  • January 24, 2022: TELUS International to reach out to raters about the availability --- so we supposed to to get an email on Monday? Or just maybe Jon can share the link where we can fill that form?
