What do you do for lionbridge? Maps? If the work you are going to do for appen isn't rating (ie, it's transcibe work or whatever) then I don't see why notcan we work for Appen and Lionbridge at the same time but different projects?

One would be G and the other would Facebook or Insta ad ratingIf it's the same client then I wouldn't risk it. They will most likely be able to tell.
No ads today so far. Reinstalled logged out etc. Still nothing. Anyone experiencing the same today?

Strange email off them last night that seem to explain the issue. Said I had reached my 30 ad limit for the day so I wasn’t allowed to rate anymore even though I hadn’t rated any but then this morning I got the following email:
Hello,
An error in our system has led to you receiving a “[SME] Coaching Overproduction” through e-mail. Feel free to disregard that email since this was an system failure and you should have not received that email.
Please continue with your work, and contact us through Freshdesk if you have any questions.
Our apologies for the inconvenience this error has caused.

Seems to explain what had happened so hopefully it will be sorted for today’s ratings. I did get a reply for my ticket in between both of the above emails but they just seem to be automated regardless of your problem. I did try one last time last night before going to bed with no joy but as I said hopefully now it has been sorted and I can rate tonight.
Anyone just get an email about a new rating group called “oops”?
