Has anyone else been asked to take screenshots every day from technical support on their social media evaluating project?

"Going forward please always take screenshots of the last rating ad of each and every batch on daily basis ( screen shot should show last ad number) for your reference and share the same if you are raising a discrepancy ticket"

I raised a ticked because they missed a days pay and now have more work to do. :(

I did this project for the other company and they also asked you to screenshot, in case there was an issue. I gave up after a while as got lazy but I also never had a problem with pay over the entire year. I may have been less happy if I had hit a snag and had no screenshots.

I have just signed up to Lionbridge and when I put my Paypal details on it is asking for a VAT code. Is that normal as I am not aware that I have one,

Not really as I doubt you pay VAT

is there anyway to continue the form without putting that it?

I got paid for the mystery shopper project just now. Got $52. Not sure how they worked that out. Rated 8 apps (as 2 linked to sod all lol). 30+ mins on each app and maybe an hour rating them and uploading screenshots. Expected about 5 hours pay.

not been able to get any ads to rate today no matter how many times I delete the apps!

Just looked at the new oops rating tool orientation.

We will now have to write about why we feel this way about the ad. So a bit more work now and can't just use dictation as we did on the phone. So not only have they cut our pay, now have to do more work and on the oops one we have to rate 30 ads instead of just 20 on the other one for the same pay.

They are asking for a lot here:
Question 5: In your own words, why do you feel this way about the ad? Please describe what went through your mind when you were looking at the ad. What 2 words best describe your reactions to the ad? Why did you feel it was or was not the kind of ad people should see on Facebook or Instagram? What elements of the ad were offensive, misleading or inappropriate? You can also use the free response to discuss aspects of the ad you weren't directly asked about. For example: • Advertiser Brand: You can describe how you feel about the advertiser. • Products in the Ad: Discuss items that appear prominently in the ad. • Social Reactions: Did likes and comments associated with the ad have an impact on you?

Do you not have the ability to dictate on your laptop / computer?

On my MacBook pro for example I can press a button on the keyboard and the microphone turns on and I can dictate away!

Anyone else’s payments wrong today??

I think I started rating again on Tuesday last week. So I think I should have 6 x $13 or whatever it is now??

And I’ve had 2 emails... one for $13 and another for $4.30??

Me too, says I rated only three days . Ive opened a ticket as the workmarket email states you need to do this by the end of today .
