I got that too and didn’t do June. I already registered for August as I saw a link somewhere and just Hoping they acknowledge that as it says not to resubmit the form but they also seem to miss submitted forms like one of my expenses this month I had to resubmit

Just realised they talk about campaign ending in 012, which was actually July, not June.. someone messed up there :unsure:

I’m still waiting on one item to ship but it was custom made so longer lead time

They are refusing to refund the grooming product stating it is used when it 100% wasn’t even turned on. I paid by credit card and opened a dispute with them but not sure they can do anything. I’m tempted to go to the ombudsman purely because I’m actually just mad they are trying this on when it wasn’t ever used!

I’m tempted to go to the ombudsman purely because I’m actually just mad they are trying this on when it wasn’t ever used!
Is this Groom Men, shaving kit. I purchased from them the last campaign and found the customer service to be quite good. I had 2 groom vacs to return and was ok. Keep the shaver to try but it was rubbish.

Yes I had them last time and returned a shaver still in wrap and they took a LONG time to reply to issue the refund. This time they are claiming I used the vacuum one when it wasn’t even turned on. I can see someone else here had the same and reviews online also same experience

This is the frustrating thing about this mystery shop campaign. I gave my availability for the next one but not sure if I will take part. The last time I did it I had about 6 items from China and no reply to my emails for returns or if they did they just completely refused.

the Grooman are a con I think haha
If they won’t refund me I’ll raise it to the ombudsman, it’s free to me but costs them for a case. I’d understand if I had genuinely used it but it’s brand new and was packaged up within 5 minutes of receiving it.

baby products from The Cuddle Company turned up today. Straight in the bin after photos as I can't even return it to them for a refund as it's personalised!
