Raters must not return any items purchased as part of the ACE program to the seller for a refund. As mentioned in the updated guidelines, returning items to sellers can have a detrimental effect on seller, and we want to minimize this effect as much as possible. We kindly ask that you keep, sell or donate the items you get as part of this program.

Is anybody else having issues with payment for the ad rating task this week? It's over due.

I had an email last week and this week to say the payment notification email was going to be late, I normally get it Tuesday and last week received it Thursday. Expecting the email today for this week.

I normally get payment on a Friday so hoping mine goes in tomorrow. Last weeks payment was on time, they just seem to be late on the notifications.

It's all well and good Telus saying that they don't want people to return stuff and harm the businesses, but some of the businesses are selling absolute tat and overcharging for it. The fee alone isn't enough for me to stay interested.

I got all women's clothing again. all state no returns or are being shipped from china so no chance to return haha

The monthly ones are better I think than the weekly

Mine were 2 chothes,but no contacts, bad reviews at Truspilot or scam radar, so skipped. Yes, monthly seems better.

Do they want us not to return products anymore? Although I might not be involved anyway, I applied every month for the last three months straight and did not get involved once. It's getting annoying. And yeah, I will 100% not continue if I can't return the products, that's the only part that makes it interesting, getting the product price twice, otherwise the rate is shit. :)

I'm gonna see what it says in the brief for the November shop (if I get selected) but i'm still not personally convinced they would have a clue if you returned an item or not!

I checked the updated guidelines and it does now say not to return thats made me concerned as they definitely said we can before and it’s poor value without returning as selling is harder

hmm, hadn't considered the fact we could instead just sell them

but again i'm still not convinced they would have a clue and for the sake of risking a few payments of $14 a month I would probably take a punt lol

If I get selected again I will return stuff that I don't want and I'm able to return. If that stops me getting selected in the future then I wouldn't be bothered, because without the returns it's not worth doing anyhow. Some of the stuff is such utter crap that you would be hard pushed to give it away never mind sell it!
