I have a quick question if I may.
I'm now sitting on the second offer from pension provider that made a misinvestment resulting in shortfall of pot.
Although revised offer to put right with little goodwill I have burning question(s)to you guys....
1 - I'm I entitled to get all my AMC's back for the duration of mismanagement.
2- Would ombudsman favour a better bet to settle.
3- Has anyone experienced same thing ?
