I think you mis-read his/her post though. The queuing was an alternative to not Laying at all and waiting for the price to come in. Queuing is risky, but it's less risky than their previous method...

@Pbrail, good point. My view is it's ok to queue if you've got a massive arb like Hills flash odds boost, otherwise it's deviating from matched betting and locked in profits. Like I said before, I'd queue if I had a margin for error. Otherwise, back and lay fire and forget for me.

There is definitely also a huge plus point in being able to relax and forget about it all when everything is matched. The odd occasions I queue are generally when I have a level of confidence about the match coming in, but even when it eventually does, it's still kinda playing on my mind the whole time I'm waiting.

Plus there's value in your time. If you keep going back to check how your queue is doing, then that's time wasted that you could be doing another offer or something more fun in real life.

I think Jon misread your post. PA will be putting up guides on how to do the Refund for every one of these kinds of offers talking you through how to do the lock in. They'll probably start going up over the weekend or Monday at the latest.

Ok so I currently have a bankroll of just over £1000. £750 in the exchange and the rest spread over various bookies. Is this enough? I do have £200 in PayPal I could put in to boost if needed. Also managed to come up with a plan to maximise the offers. I've been practicing laying bets on my iPad and think I've mastered it now. Going to hotspot it to my phone in my breaks and do as many as I can. As I'm not sure how many offers I can take advantage of I'm aiming for £300 profit. Just do as much as you can. Keep The £200 in reserve so you can throw it in later if you need to. Target the guaranteed profit offers like money back if you lose first then see how much you have left to spend after

I think being stuck in work is only going to be an issue if you want to be all over bet365 type offers where you need to use your horse refund on the next race..

But of course we still don't know all the offers.

From memory I've found as long as you place after 9am you are generally OK. Odds don't start doing their crazy odds shuffle until lunchtimeish
