I have been paid out a couple of times, but the last time it took over a week and then I was told I breached some t's and c's, even though I haven't. Everytime I respond to the customer services, it takes 3-4 weeks for their response. It is now 1.5 months later and I am still waiting for them to respond. I think they are overwhelmed and as a result I am not using them until/if I get paid my £5.

I finally got a response and they said they have fixed the cash out issue and should be fine now. I've tried to cash out again, so I guess we'll see...

Hope you get the money!

Hate it when it becomes a chore getting money out of online work. That's one thing you would never get in a regular 9-5 lol

I was told it was all sorted and I could cash out, so I selected cash out and got an email saying it was rejected again! I wrote back to customer services and they quickly came back and said it must be a mistake and to do it again. I requested it again and got paid immediately. At last my £5!!!! Hope this doesn't happen again!

I requested my first payout of £5 about a week ago but haven't received it yet. I do like that the questions are easy to answer but 9/10 times I visit I get the annoying overloaded page so have to keep trying

Thanks for recommending this app. I received my first £5 today via paypal and have been using it about a week. I just log in a couple of times a day whilst I am doing other tasks, a bit like Vypr in that way.

I'm 3p away from claiming my first payment and there's no more questions

Apart from the messenger type format and the gifs it's not that different from other survey sites where you can't provide your own opinion, just pre-typed answers..

Mine was like that, I just 3p to go and thought I wouldn't get any more surveys but just keep logging and you will get some ;) I cashed out the next day

Just received this from pollpass. Time to redeem any credit you have with them (over 3000 points only. grrr)

Dear Pollpass user,

In 2016 we started Pollpass with the hopes of providing a better, more user friendly experience of taking surveys.

We have come a long way since then and we are grateful that you have been with us on this journey. Therefore, it is with a very heavy heart that we announce that Pollpass will be closing on 10 June 2020.

No new questions will be added from today onwards.

You will have until 10 June 2020 to access your account and redeem credits where eligible (3000 credits minimum).

All your personal data (PII) will be deleted from our system by 10 July 2020. This is to allow us to honour and process any cash-out requests made.

You will also receive email reminders in the following weeks reminding you to redeem eligible credits.

Thank you again for everything and we hope you keep well and safe at home.

Many thanks and best wishes,
The Pollpass Team

The survey working from home World sure is going to look a lot different in a few months

Prolific can survive as students bring the money and they haven’t gone anywhere

companies that rely on commercial clients may be struggling somewhat

Yeah i think survey sites will struggle and many disappear. I did rather like pollpass though, i will miss them even though it was only a low earner.

I saw that too. I'd been wondering why they were no longer posting any more questions. I'm way below 3000 :(
I'm having the same problem with Yoursaypays, I have no surveys available whatsoever. And very few surveys on Swagbucks and Vindale (I'm nearing the redemption threshold for both of these).
I love your quote 'Nothing is free on the internet. If you are not the customer, you are the product.' It's what I'm currently reading at the moment!
From the surveys I've been taking in the past couple of years, many of the clients of the survey providers were from industry like retail, food, entertainment, travelling, cars, white goods and electronics. They're probably not prioritising market research at the moment! A couple of years ago, one of my ex clients at work, a software developer, had written the programme for a survey app and sold it for a hefty sum of money. Really good timing!

I've been expecting this for the last couple of weeks after they closed new registrations & the lack of questions during the same period. I really liked using the site & guess I'll have to say goodbye to 17 pence lol.
