I'm trying to contact Populuslive about a cheque that was supposed to arrive by now and their info@populuslive.com address has started sending an Undeliverable response to all emails. I've tried with multiple email addresses so it's not a problem on my end.

Is there any other way to contact them?

What specifically is the email message you get in return?

You could try writing to them at their companies house registered address. Northburgh House, 10 Northburgh Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 0AT

I only got my cheque from them yesterday if that's any help, in case they send all their cheques out around the same time. Or have you been waiting for weeks?

I reached £50 just before 30th November. They told me it would arrive in between 5-7 days when I contacted them on Friday 6th Jan. 11 days later and nothing.

"info wasn't found at populuslive.com.

This error occurs because the sender sent a message to an email address hosted by Office 365 but the address is incorrect or doesn't exist at the destination domain."

Hi loveleys, I'm having a few problems logging in to populuslive.
It keeps saying password not recognised then resetting password and user not recognised. Is It linked to prolific? As the first time I went to register it sent an email from prolific stating I'd requested a password reset?

No it isn't linked to Prolific... That I know of.

Are you sure you're not getting confused? Also, is it the UK populuslive website? x

100% positive maybe it was just a delayed email from them that co-inside with the request . Im not sure if it was the uk sight or not though ill double check once my kiddoes are in bed, maybe that's where the problem is .
I'll let you know when I've tried thank you Katy :)

Something seems to be up with these. I have not had anything from them since October and have sent them several email, but not received any response. Anyone got any updates?

I had an email a couple of weeks ago, but got screened out and haven't heard anything since. Sorry not helpful I know.

Still ok for me. Received a few surveys recently and an e-mail to say my £50 cheque was on its way.
Check you can login ok into your Account and that all your details and profile is all correct and up to date.

Their surveys can be infrequent. Also, especially January time is not great for surveys in general.
I've been receiving surveys from them recently (after a very long, quiet period) and a cheque last month. I believe you are emailing to info@PopulusLive.com ?

No problem with PopulusLive here either, though as has been said surveys can be a little infrequent. It's definitely worth emailing them - with another survey company I use, they were going to remove me from their lists because I hadn't completed a survey with them in a while!

I'm still getting my usual amount of regular surveys and have a cheque on it's way this month.

DId you fail any of the screening questions?

I sent them an email in December and quickly got a reply. I have gone months in the past without a single thing from them and other months get loads.
