I did a survey for them this morning.

This is worrying. No, I am not aware that I have failed any survey's although I did go through a spell where I couldn't respond to them as I was busy. The worst thing is that they are totally ignoring emails and I have even attempted to tweet them but no response. My points total is currently 29, but obviously cannot withdraw that until 50.

I have tried tweeting them but still no response. It doesn't look like I can put anything in public which it what I would prefer so other can see it and force them to respond.

Surveys get sent by e-mail only. There aren't always surveys available every single day. I have gone days without surveys then suddenly had two or three within a day or two.

I started doing surveys with these guys 9 months ago. They don't send them out very often and it took me about 6 months to get to 49 points. I liked them as they didn't seem to screen you out. You need to get to 50 points to be able to cash out (£50) so by the end of June I was confident a pay day was coming my way. Three months later I am still waiting. Suddenly I am being screened out on every survey sent to me. Unlucky coincidence!

Has anybody else seen this?

I've been paid out several time by Populus, and have gone through 50 points myself this month; I think you've just been unlucky.

The surveys are like buses, I've had 3 or 4 in the last few days though.

I generally get screened out if I take the survey more than an hour or two after the email comes through.
I still get screened out if I answer straight away sometimes but seem to get a lot less screen outs the quicker I start the surveys.

I was paid out on time and I did not notice any slowing of surveys towards the end. I have had a lot of political surveys this month - one for each party conference.

Not had any issues with them. Been paid twice now. They send you a funny piece of paper with your name on it and the amount written on it in words and numbers. My Grandad says its called a cheque, I think.

i rarely get screened out, just make sure your answers for the first 5 and last 5 questions are the same as they seem to be qualifying questions, so like it says have you downloaded apps before and you say yes at the start and then no at the end it will kick you out

I've had no issues with populus. Both my husband and I get the £50 cheque every other month, so as a household £100 of easy money. Never had any issues. Stick with it.
