Hi :)

Skybet have a price boost on tonight's darts match (3 different games) and I wondered if it was possible to manually lay these?

I do NOT have a PA or OM account or any spreadsheets, so would not be able to use any of them to help me.

I know how to lay an individual one e.g. as a 'Normal' bet and just back and lay as usual but not sure how to work out for the above. For instance could I lay them off as a treble if the Exchange lets me?

Thanks in advance :)

If the exchange lets you then I don't see why not, [member=2431]Uhhhhh[/member] probably knows better ;)

Hi, [member=1]Jon[/member] Is that the way to lay price boosts like this then, as a treble? I haven't checked it out on the Exchange yet, just about to - you were too quick for me, ha ha!

Think I've found a way of doing it on Betfair (for this particular offer anyway), though the 'Boost' is currently lower than the Lay Odds so not worth doing :(

I could not see a way of adding 3 x separate games to the Exchange itself, it said I had to use the Sportsbook section instead, so I imagine this is just for 'back' bets.

I vaguely remembered seeing a suggestion about acca's and Betfair - so went back to the Exchange tab and typed 'acca' into the search box.

I then clicked on the 'Premier League Darts' link it came up with as one of the suggestions, and then on the 'Week 9 PL Darts Acca' link on the left hand side.

This then showed 10 selections - one of which is the Skybets Price Boost offer.

The Lay Bet is currently at 4.9. The Bookie Price Boost is for 4.50 (up from 3.50), so as it stands it is not worth doing. As I understand it Price Boosts are usually higher odds at the Bookies (similar to an ARB), which is when they are good to do.
Update: Lay Bet now at 4.7, so worth keeping an eye on it, maybe.

At least I have found out how to look at doing them, when available at the Exchange.

Hope this helps others :)

[member=4097]Knopfler[/member] I see you got it sorted - generally Smarkets is a bit crap for laying these kinds of bets but Betfair Exchange usually has a good variation of selections of these kind of 2/3-in-one bets

Always check that you can lay it off before making the back bet.

Hi, [member=2431]Uhhhhh[/member] :)

Yes, I haven't tried Smarkets as I know they don't tend to do many darts games.

Good tip about laying it off - as I would imagine not many multiple game price boosts are covered at the Exchanges

Thanks :)
