I guess that the study created by David Reintein? As i had the same problem, but it sent him a message and he advised me to open it in incognito browser mode and i was able to finish the survey but i run out of time (as taking too long time to sort the PA id out). But he is a very nice researcher he still paid me for submitting the study. So the tip is you should always send researcher a message when you have problem.OnAMission said:Having trouble with prolific today and am curious if it's happening to anyone else today.
I just had a nice paid study and when I went to input my ID it told me my numbers were wrong. This is strange. I've never had a problem before and I always copy and paste the ID in to the studies.

There is an alert system you can use on Chrome but it did not seem to work very well for me and I can't have it on anyway when my son is on nights.
Does anyone else find the 'I am not a Robot' sign-in a kerfuffle? Sometimes it takes about 4 different checks to get verified, not matter how careful I am. I have just missed out on a task a couple of times through this too!
