Qmee.com appears to be good. They pay out in money and not points and you don't have a payout minimum. Yesterday I paid myself out 0.50p. Well, every little helps There is a phone app and also a website where I believe you also earn money from searching websites.

Prolific, does pay, little less surveys nowadays for me, same on Testable Minds.

Prolific Academic is generally thought of as the best. I average £20 a month from them but some months are better than other. I think I've screened out once in 3 years.
