Who are the quickest/slowest paying bookies in your experience? State your deposit method too
For me it's Betfair and Paddy Power (instant withdrawals to my bank account), same on Skybet too (for Barclays and Nationwide customers). Mr Green is instant but has a £1.00 fee
Betfred/Totesport are the next best as it's usually the next day.
The worst i've experinced is 'ComeOn!' - took 10 days
