Recommending Wordpress plugins for social media. Please

I am writing my first blog in Wordpress, can someone please recommend a free and simple plugin for placing social media buttons on posts and pages,
for facebook, twitter, Pinterest and instragram.

And a simple free plugin, that allows me to schedule and send out posts for facebook, twitter, Pinterest and instragram.
Without having to go through API developer setups. Where you just drop your link and sign in.

Can you get both of the above in one?

Something that is simple to set up and use, than you.

I don't want to get bogged down in all the tech stuff. Struggling as a new blogger. Thank you for reading.

For the social media icons you could use a plugin such as

Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons

Share buttons and pop up share icons for social media sharing

In terms of scheduling content, you would typically use a 3rd party website for that such as

Social Media Tools : SocialOomph - TotallyBlogging

If manually scheduling social media gets too much for you as a blogger when you can use SocialOomph to make like a lot easier and automate a lot of the more time hogging tasks.
