[member=2456]RedWigWam[/member] the email notifications are annoying.. I'm going to unsubscribe them. I get emails everyday with new jobs but it simply isn't true. I've read discussions about them on the forum and no way have all the jobs been taken in the few minutes I receive the emails to logging in. I read the email can be delayed but it seems more like spam to me. Batches of emails sent everyday based on somewhat close location. If the emails can't be more timely or relevant even, they shouldn't be sent.

I check for jobs every time I receive an email and it's a complete waste of time. There are never any jobs in Birmingham. The closest I ever see is Coventry. I'm not prepared to travel this distance for 1 task. To be honest, most times I check after receiving notification, there are no jobs! Within 1 minute usually, if I'm already online.

I've just the checked the email again and can't find an unsubscribe link. Extremely bad in 2016. Now it looks like I'm going to have to go my account to remove the option. Not happy WigWam.

Hi Rumcake, really sorry about this. We match our workers to jobs based on their location and the location of the role. To do this, we take into account the travel time selected on your profile. Whilst this may not always be perfect, it usually works pretty well. It's something that we are looking at optimising, but the technology only allows us to measure straight line distances and not take into account traffic etc (yet..).

When the jobs are matched, emails are sent automatically, all at the same time, by ourselves. We realise that some providers receive these slightly earlier than others, but there's nothing that we can do from our end on this. We are in the final stages of developing an App, with push notifications, allowing immediate access to jobs.

The jobs are incredibly popular and you only receive an email when there is a match. 98% of our roles are fully booked within 4 hours, this means national campaigns with hundreds of stores can be booked at this pace - often quicker. Sometimes workers will book jobs prior to the emails sending, just by being online on their dashboard at that moment of time. We appreciate how annoying this may be and will try and fix this.

I will speak to the technical team regarding optimising emails and the provision of an unsubscribe link. At present you can reply to any email and we will remove you from the database. Alternatively we have live chat, manned during 08.30-18.00 and then manned via email reply outside of this - we aim to reply as quickly as possible as customer service is really important to us.

Thanks for taking the time to provide the feedback, rest assured we will action it.

Thanks.

I can't remember where it's shown but each photo needs to be added as a separate line on the expenses page, selecting "other" from the drop down list and entering a dummy value of £0.01 for each line. Together with a line for the purchase with the receipt and filling in the value you're claiming too.

I have had an email from Redwigwam asking me to complete a survey for,

'You answer Only 3 questions - answer them honestly for opportunities to earn £15 working from home + free products.'

They are asking for 3 friends email addresses. Is anyone interested? if the people i forward through my email get the survey they could then ask for three emails in the post here and so on,

I’ll get the ball rolling , first three people to PM there email address I will then add to my email.

:)

This sounds like an exercise in data collection to me. I wouldn't be giving info to them...

Oh right, well it did seem legit as the email came to me as Im registered with them and have done some mystery shopping and instore jobs for Red Wig Wam previously and not from a random company email I hadn’t heard of, but literally all the details they are asking for,

where you online shop,

would you consider shopping at any of the other online retailers listed

If you don't shop online, but know someone who does and may be interested in earning money working from home and to add their email address,

so I can only assume they have something in the pipeline at some point in the future.

Ah okay, as long as it's safe! I'm a bit cautious because I'm sick of my details being sold on. In that case, if it's legit mystery shopping etc, I'd be interested if there are any spots left.

Has anyone seen the new door purchasing jobs on their site for next week? Is it okay to do multiple shops?
