Unfortunately, at present there isn't any flexibility in the fee, but this may change in the future.

Hi,

[member=2456]RedWigWam[/member] I registered on the wigwam site earlier today but I'm a bit concerned - I received an email just now saying "Dear Pauline" and telling me jobs are available and to click a link. (I am not Pauline). The link took me through to an account which was mine but 50% populated with another person ("Paulines") info!!! It has my passport photo I uploaded, my bank details, but her name, address and driving license details!

I don't know what's going on but I'm extremely concerned that my personal details are at risk here... and I can't find an email or anything to contact on the site, just Twitter, Facebook etc. I just deleted her details are re-added my own but then was asked to verify I can work in the UK and it took me to her driving license details??!

Please help!!!!

One other thing is that when I enter my passport number for verification, it's telling me it needs to be at least 44 characters long?

The GB validation software that we use requires the bottom number from your passport which is 44 characters long. There is an example picture on the page where it says click here if you are not sure how to fill the form below (please see http://tinypic.com/r/jfi2rr/8).

Our tech support team have got back to us and have informed us that their was a slight bug in the GB Validation plug in, which for some reason saved Pauline's details in your account. You were the only person affected by this, and it has been resolved.

The validation process may be temperamental for the next day whilst they fix another issue, but I can assure you that your details are 100% safe.

Should anyone have any validation issues, or anything else, please feel free to email me or give us a call on 0151 709 5594.

Did my local one on Sunday...super quick & easy to do & was also paid the following day!

Sarah, it's really simple. Just go into the store, locate the 4 or so products that we ask you to buy and buy them. If anything is out of stock, ask at customer service and see why. Then submit your timesheet online with your receipt and we pay you the same/next day - straight into your bank!
