Wondering if someone can help me
I've done two shops with this company first time and they won't pay me until I sent them an invoice. Is this true I haven't a clue how to do this.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to do this. On top of it I can't even login my account neither to give them the details they want
So stressful :(

Have done loads of RWW jobs, never had to do any invoicing... Have you filled out your profile correctly and fully? including your Tax details? Once you do a job you fill out a "timesheet" and submit it, thats usually all you need to do

No this is my first two ever. Just wondering if they are giving me the run around. As they sent me pay slips but now claiming they can't pay me without filling in an invoice. They aren't being helpful and rather difficult. They have my NI number to. Everything was filled out to.

Once you have logged in, you need to add the photos and text and receipt photo to the report and submit it. Your profile needs to say 100% complete for the report to submit.

When you're logged in, click on Completed jobs & timesheets. Under expenses there will be a red + underneath. Click this and a window will pop up. Answer all of the questions and add the photos and a photo of the receipt. I think there's an option to add the purchase price under one of the categories. If you're stuck, come back and we can help you.

I did submit this job a couple weeks ago. And it was all validated. Everything was filled it correctly. My profile all 100 percent. Then they sent my pay slips saying I will be paid the 6th of March. I emailed them didn't receive the money and was told well you have to send me an invoice or I can't pay you! I was like what. I am a worker not a hirer. So they want me to figure out what the tax would be before and after. I don't know this. So frustrating. One person says I need to go on Skype to prove myself the other says I can't get any money for what I have completed and have pay slips for unless I give her an invoice. If I knew they were going to be diffcult I wouldn't of bothered. Thanks for helping though :)

Ah I see. That's really strange. Had lots of jobs paid from them in the past, they normally pay within a day or two. Did you do the passport etc validation?

Yes that would be great the account connected to redwig is the same email on my profile on here. Same first name but last name is different then here. (As on Facebook I never like having my real current last name on there.. just in case they ask) and if they need an proof of anything else I have it all I can scan anything they may need. Yes it was validated I think I have the email where the man said I was good to go. But then they write me after I've finished the jobs and say now there is a problem!

Can't find the original RWW thread.. Anyhow.. RWW is absolutely on fire this weather if you haven't checked it lately loads of jobs on it.. Many in Tesco's.. Handy for tying in tasks on other apps in same store...today I did an rww Kelloggs task in a Tesco also in same store.. 2 easy shift tasks one of the roamler laundry product ones and a Streetspotr magazine one... Coming up on rww but not on the email alerts is £10 sticker applying jobs in Tesco already live to book now for completion next week

Really? Wow! I keep getting the same ones over and over again popping up, just for an online shop at RWW! I love working for them so hopefully I will get some good jobs soon... it is a bit dead for me this week!

There must be a lot of wig wammers near me because I get the emails but find the jobs get snapped up quickly and then disappear from the site before I can accept them. Unless I want to deliver pizzas in Catford. Which I don't.

However, I did manage to accept a waffle spotting job this week, was looking forward to my free chocolate waffles and then when I got to the store they were out of stock :( Still got the standard payment though so not all bad.
