I did the free spins first too before the Bingo, if I remember correctly it was just £10 on bingo then the £20 bingo bonus, the bingo bonus was used before cash.

I've highlighted the important word in this. Chance.

I usually avoid anything where you have to risk your own money just for a ticket in a prize draw. There is no guarantee you will win a box bonanza at all and then if you do no guarantee the box will win more than a couple of pounds. I would give it a miss.
