Ive been looking at ways to save without being tied into an Isa and found Loqbox mentioned on a money saving group. It seems great if youre looking to repair a credit rating. It could just be me but the way its exolained on their site isnt very clear - (I had to get my son to explain it using words of no more than two syllables).
BUT BASICALLY - you open a loqbox and commit to a monthly amount to pay in. Loqbox put an agreed amount into your account. After a year you withdraw it. Now here I am trying to explain it and Ive confused myself..
anyway, if you want to put some money away AND improve your credit rating have a look at loqbox.com (not a referral link).
