Has anyone on here set-up a separate PayPal account for their online earning?

Just wondering, as the transactions could become mixed with personal stuff.

Actually I have. Well I had one already that I wasn’t using, so I’m using that. I’m going to withdraw at the end of each month so it’s easier for my self assessment.

I haven’t but from memory I did consider it at some point in the past

Is there a reason you want to do this? Is it for reporting?

In case I need to do self-assessment for this tax year. Lack of time to be trawling through PayPal transactions.

I have the separate PayPal account, and a credit card just for business expenses. I don’t have a separate bank account though. So all I have to look at is my invoices, my paypal and my credit card payments.
