So... if you email operations@shepper.com and ask if any tasks near you you may get some luck.. i have 2 within 5 miles of home..never had a push on the app or an email to offer them only found out after emailing shepper.. worth trying if you got no jobs
Sounds like they haven't really got their act together yet. I think I'll wait a while before trying to sign up and see how you guys get on.

Completed my first two Shepper tasks tonight. Easy to do, similar to requirements on other apps other than requiring comments for all photos.

I had to use the Shepper Tool app rather than the normal one so had to keep referring to the emailed instructions rather than following them in the app which was a bit of a pain. Needed to email support a couple of times (no job ref on the email which is needed to submit) but they were very quick in responding so I got both jobs done ok. Took about 15 minutes each so if they’re accepted that’s £20for 30 mins work (plus travel time). Happy so far, fingers crossed for them being accepted.
Hey. I did the same task yesterday morning. I’m yet to hear if it’s been accepted. Have you had a response at all?

I completed my first task with them today, also the Tesco one. I wrote down bullet points of things I needed to check from the instructions so was a bit of a faff but was an ok task actually. The only thing was when I sent the report, the screen went black so I wasn’t sure if it had sent. I emailed the guy who sent me the instructions to check if it had been received and it had been. So was a bit frustrating not knowing if it had sent or not.

I have signed up just waiting for identity test to got through. I'm up north so not sure if any jobs will be available at all

@tykesi @JenC10 Have you heard if the jobs have been accepted? The two cosmetic tasks I completed have disappeared off my app, I've not had notification if they have been accepted/rejected.

No, nothing yet. The tasks are still showing in my app but I’ve not heard anything back from either of them.

I'm in the same boat as you. Completed the task but no confirmation that it;s been received and no idea how to check if it's been accepted.
Has anyone had any tasks accepted?

i did a carpark inspection last month didnt get no confirmation to say wheather it was good or not just had a invoice the end of the month to fill in and got paid couple days later, also did a tesco on couple days ago not heard anything

@Dazza_Dazza I didn’t get the Tesco task through the app as I’m up in Aberdeen and I don’t think the app is used as yet for our area. They emailed me to say they had a task and with all the instructions and I had to complete it through the Shepper tool. I did email them when I sent the report as the screen went blank so I had no idea if it was received and they emailed back within 30 mins to say it had been received. I’ve not heard anything since then.

You need the shepper jobs app.. a seperate app that is only on Ios.. if you have android you cant actually do tasks.. silly i know

I have two apps on android, The main app that usually displays "All Clear" when opened and another app where I can create a Job. One is called "Shepper" the other is "shepper Jobs".
Probably best to email support for help, My communications with them so far have been very good.

Ahh.. when i joined the tool app was Ios only... sorry for misinformation.... i dumped Shepper.last week as app serves no purpose up my way

- Our app is now available on Android. Anyone who has registered with Shepper would have received an email with their username and password. If you are signed up but haven't received this please email operations@shepper.com
- Once a job has been submitted, we will only contact you directly afterwards if there is a problem or anything missing. I understand that some mystery shopping firms may not accept a report once it's been submitted but that isn't the case with us unless something is very wrong. If you've done the job and not been contacted, assume all is well!
- We do use the Shepper Jobs app but as this works based on location it isn't ideal for allocating jobs outside of big cities. In this case, we also turn to emailing to allocate.
- We pay our Shepherds monthly. At the end of each month, all Shepherds who have completed a task will receive a blank invoice template via email to fill in and return to us. We then pay via bank transfer within the first few days of the new month.

i haven't received an invoice template as of yet .when would this be sent out ?

also when is the cut of dates? and how do i tally up all the task payments i have done, so that the invoice information is correct ?
