Shoppix log in - unable to log in

Loaded four receipts to shoppix yesterday. Gone to log in today to see if theyve processed okay and keep getting an error message. Tried signing in several times.
Anyone else having this problem?

Hi,
I've had this this morning but it has just corrected itself and I can log in now.
Yesterdays receipts have not been processed yet but give it time and it should sort itself out.

I can log in alright but my receipts took 4 days to be accepted, I thought they were going to refuse them so it was a surprise.

i had a receipt for 49p for baby wipes and I was also credited for a mobile top-up.
